Article 1: Collection of User Information
The Service collects the following user information:
- OS version information, language, and region information
- Log data related to the use of the application within the Service
Article 2: Purpose of Use of User Information
User information may be used for the following purposes:
- To provide information regarding the Service and to respond to inquiries
- To conduct research, analysis, and improvements aimed at enhancing the Service
- To notify Users of matters that significantly affect the Service (such as major changes to the Service content or temporary suspension)
- To provide information related to services, etc.
- For other purposes similar to the above purposes of use
Article 3: Provision of User Information to Third Parties
Personal information among user information will not be provided to third parties without the prior consent of the User, except where disclosure is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.
However, this shall not apply in the following cases:
- When all or part of the handling of personal information is outsourced within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When personal information is provided in connection with business succession
- When a warrant or similar legal document is presented
- In other cases permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations
Article 4: Disclosure of Personal Information
When a User requests disclosure of their personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will disclose such information after confirming that the request is made by the User.
